Glass Engraving with Katharine Coleman

June 25 - July 6

1600USD

Glass engraving, whether as a primary glassworking technique or as a complement to your work, no longer needs to be traditional in style or content. Students will experiment with a variety of engraving techniques (wheel, drill, diamond point, sandblast) on many types of glass (flat, blown, clear, and color overlaid), seeking specific combinations to suit their needs. Students will enjoy ample one-on-one instruction and the ability to reference to the Museum’s collection. No glassworking experience is required; advanced students also are welcome.
