This building offers 1,260 m² of exhibition space. The permanent exhibition on the ground floor shows the development of studio glass from the 1960s to the present. Besides creatively designed functional glassware and objects, visitors can also view sculptures and installations in glass. The core of the exhibition consists of works which were submitted for the four Coburg Glass Prize competitions in the years 1977, 1985, 2006 and 2014.
A glass staircase leads to the special exhibition room and the lampwork studio on the first floor. Here on the gallery, visitors can also find out more about how glass is made and the different ways of working it.

The Frauenau Glass Museum takes its visitors on a journey through the cultural history of glass from its beginnings in the two-stream region to the present day. The permanent exhibition presents a state collection of unique exhibits of international standing, the department “Modern Glass” shows artistic glass of the 20th and 21st centuries. The museum also presents its visitors with the cultural significance of glass for the neighboring countries of Bavaria and Bohemia.

The Finnish Glass Museum is a specialist museum focusing on glass design and the history of glass. The museum has operated since 1981 in a renovated glassworks in Riihimäki. The renovation was designed by Tapio Wirkkala.
The Finnish Glass Museum presents the history of glass dating back over 4,000 years and the 300-year history of Finland’s glass industry. The collections consist mostly of Finnish household, design and art glass from the 18th-21th centuries.
Temporary exhibitions are on show in the old glassblowing facilities.

Lying in the heart of the Stourbridge glassmaking industry, the Red House Glass Cone was built at the end of the 18th century and continued to produce glasswares until 1936.
Now a museum, it is the only complete glass cone in the area and one of only four left in the United Kingdom. The Red House Glass Cone is situated in the historic Stourbridge Glass Quarter and next to the Stourbridge Canal.
